<br /> 75-299 - Motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Early, to direct Portsmouth Com-
<br />missioners to the Tidewater Transportation District Commission to vote for disbursement
<br />of such funds received from Urban Mass Transportation Administration only to those political
<br />subdivisions who have signed the cost allocation formula by which such funds were proposed
<br />to be distributed, was adopted by unanimous vote.
