Holley, <br />Edward L. Oast, Jr., Robert W. Wentz, Jr., R. T. Williams, City Manager, H. M. <br />Myers, Jr., Assistant City Manager, Gordon B. Tayloe, Jr. City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Richard J. Davis <br /> <br /> The Rev. John M.
