The specifications for the tennis courts included in the Park
View Conservation Project call for concrete with a smooth, slick surface; however, we have
verified a composition of the concrete with one of the local tennis court cont~actors~re-
tative to an acrylic surface in the £uture. We were advised that the current design does
not have enough slope and is too smoo~h £or acrylic surface to be applied. However, should
the City desire this type of surface in the future, it could be prepared and the acrylic
sur[ace applied at approximately the same cost. In other words, the minor preparation re-
quired for the future application of acrylic surface would have a negligible cost."

Motion of Mr. We~tz and seconded by Mr. Early, to adopt the ordinance.

Substitute motion of Mr. Barnes and s~conded by ~r.
