Tavloe, Jr., City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Absent: Edward L. Oast, Jr. <br /> <br /> The Rev. Charles C. Vache, Pastor, Trinity Episcopal <br />p~ayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Church, opened <br /> <br />the meeting with <br /> <br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early, seconded by Mr. Elliott, to approve minutes of Public Hearing meetin <br />August 11, 1975, as received, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> Motion of Mr. Early, seconded hy Mr. Elliott, to approve minutes of August 12, 1975, as <br />received, was adoFted by unanimous vote. <br /> Motion of Mr. Early, seconded by Mr. Elliott, to approve minutes of August 19, 1975, as <br />received, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> 75-3~0 - Mayor Davis presented Resolution of Appreciation to James R. Gray, retiring <br />from Municipal Finance Commission and thanked Mr. Gray for serving on the Commission. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS - <br /> <br /> 75-350 - The following ordinance, approved on first reading at regular meeting of <br />August 19, 1975, was taken up and read: <br /> <br />'AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $82,575 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOTS IN THE OLDE TOWNE CONSERVATION PROJECT." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the ordinance was adopted, and-by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Wentz, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 75-351 The following ordinance, approved on first reading at regular m~eting of <br />August 19, 1975, was taken up and read: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $12,500 FROM THE CRRITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR <br />NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THE CITY OIgNED ~UILDING AT,427 LINCOLN STREET." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Elliott, the ordinance was adopted, and by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Wentz, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 75-353 - The following ordinance, approved on first reading at regular meeting of <br />August 19, 1975, was taken up and read: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $19,500 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR <br />ENGINEERING AND DESIGN COSTS OF OUTFALL NO. 3 FOR THE MT.
