<br />received, was adoFted by unanimous vote.
<br /> Motion of Mr. Early, seconded by Mr. Elliott, to approve minutes of August 19, 1975, as
<br />received, was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br /> 75-3~0 - Mayor Davis presented Resolution of Appreciation to James R. Gray, retiring
<br />from Municipal Finance Commission and thanked Mr. Gray for serving on the Commission.
