These projects are listed in the Citizens' Advisory Committee <br />Community Development material which you will receive with this letter. Also included in <br />your package are copies of the transcripts and written proposals whic~ were submitted, and <br />a list of agencies and~or departments to whom items requlrzng further study will be forwarde¢ <br /> <br />Z_~-~'The Citizens' Advisory Committee feels that citizen participation is .a most vital re- <br />quirement for positive community growth.
