<br />year 1976 and that a progress report by each shall be filed with this Commission during its
<br />public hearing on January ~, 1977; and (4) This Commission reaffirms its conclusion that the
<br />Ballard Planned Unit Development was abandoned by its owners through Attorney Benjamin Levy
<br />during his presentation to the Commission on September 1, 1975. However, the Commission re-
