This apprpriation will provide the necessary monies to the Capital ~mprovement Fund for curb, gutters and drainage on Pennock Street and the Master Drainage Plan for the City as it existed prior to 1960. The two proiects have been previously appropriated in the Capital Improvement Fund and this appropriation is required to provide the necessary revenue sharing funds in accordance with the Planned Use Report for Entitlement V.
