Robert Gray, President, Cradock Property Owners, offered greetings on behalf <br />of the citizens of Cradock and thanked Council for what had been done'for our City; Mr. Gray <br />presented Mark Porter, ~irst Grade student, and Mary B~th Gray~ Second Gra~ student, of <br />James Hurst Elementary School.
