<br />The following reports from the City Manager were presented:

<br />76-90 - "Consideration of an~ordinance on first reading appropriating $100,000 from the
<br />Facilities and Economic Development Fund for land acquisition costs in the Pinners Point
<br />
<br /> This appropriation will Frovide the necessary funds to continue the purchase of non-commer-
<br />cial properties in the Pinners Point area on tax maps 96,98,100 and 102. This will enable the~
<br />City to complete at least one block including tax-delinquent property that will be required
<br />during the process. The City Manager recommends adoption on first reading.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Wentz, the following ordinance was approved
<br />on first reading, and by unanimous vote:

<br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000 FROM THE PORT FACILITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
<br />MENT FUND FOR LAND ACQUISITION COSTS IN THE PINNERS POINT AREA."
