This will enable the~ <br />City to complete at least one block including tax-delinquent property that will be required <br />during the process. The City Manager recommends adoption on first reading. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Wentz, the following ordinance was approved <br />on first reading, and by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000 FROM THE PORT FACILITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOP- <br />MENT FUND FOR LAND ACQUISITION COSTS IN THE PINNERS POINT AREA." <br /> <br /> <br />
