Saunders Early, Jr., Archie Elliott, Jr., Edward L. Oast, <br /> Harold C. Watkins, Assistant City Manager, Gordon B. Tayloe, <br /> <br /> Absent: Richard J. Davis, Jack P~. Ba~ne~, J~mes W. Holley. <br /> <br />on S~ptember 28, 1976, there <br /> <br /> Jr., Robert W. Wentz, Jr., <br /> Jr., city Attorney. <br /> <br />The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 1976, to consider a motion to hold an executive session <br />for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Waterfront Development <br />(2) Cavalier Manor & Port Norfolk <br /> Facilities <br />(3) Purchase of Property <br />(4) Public Improvements <br /> <br />Recreation <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL ~ATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Amusement Faxes <br />(2) Legislative Matters General <br />(3) Briefing on Litigation <br /> <br />Assembly <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 76-387 Motion of Mr. Elliott and seconded by Mr. Early, that the City Council meet in <br />an executive session, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />On motion <br /> <br />Ayes: Early, <br />Nays: None <br />adiourned. <br /> <br />Elliott, Oast, Wentz <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
