Barnes, E S~Unde~S E~rly, Jr., Archie Elliott, Jr., <br />James W. Holley, Edward L. Oast, Jr., R. T. Williams, City Manager, Gor~0n B. <br />Tayloe, Jr., City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Robert W. Wentz, Jr. <br /> <br /> Rev. Daniel J. Mannen, Jr., Associate Pastor, St. Paul's Catholic Churdh, opened the <br />meeting With prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Elliott, minutes of the Public Hearing of Octobe~ <br />11, 1976; minu~es of the regular meeting of October 12, 1976, to be approved as received, wasI <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance. <br /> <br /> 76-424 Certificates of Appreciation were presented to the following former members of <br />Boards/Commissions commending them for their services: <br /> <br />A. V. Deal and Richard A. <br />Capt. R. L. Thomas <br />Warren L. Holland, Sr., <br />L. Walter Lewis and M. D. <br /> <br />Botden- Board of Adjustments & Appeals <br /> Emergency Medical Services Advisory Commission <br /> <br />Owens - Mayor's Senior Citizens Commission <br /> <br />Messrs.
