<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council held on October 26, 1976, there were present:

<br />James W. Holley, Edward L. Oast, Jr., R. T. Williams, City Manager, Gor~0n B.

<br /> Rev. Daniel J. Mannen, Jr., Associate Pastor, St. Paul's Catholic Churdh, opened the
<br />meeting With prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Elliott, minutes of the Public Hearing of Octobe~
<br />11, 1976; minu~es of the regular meeting of October 12, 1976, to be approved as received, wasI
<br />adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />
<br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance.
<br />
<br /> 76-424 Certificates of Appreciation were presented to the following former members of
