The City Manager recommends adoption."' <br /> <br /> 76-500 - "Submission of the final report from the Parks and Recreation Department on the <br />Open Space Study which has just been finalized. <br /> <br /> This report was furnished to the City Council in rough draft. Public Hearings have <br />been held by the Parks and Recreation Commission since that time on the original draft. The <br />report submitted here~.~i~h has taken into consideration comments made at the Public Hearings. <br />A copy of the letter from the Parks and Recreation Commission forwarding the report is attach~ <br />for you information." <br /> <br />The following letter from the Parks and Recreation ~ommission received: <br /> <br /> "At its November meeting, the Parks and Recreation Commission approved the final draft <br />of the $ Year Plan for Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Projects. This memorandum sets forth the responsibility of the Hampton Roads Sanitation <br />District Commission in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. The City Manager recommends adoptic <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that authorization be granted, was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 76-502 - "Consideration of a resolution providing ror a Public Conference to be held wit] <br />members of the General Assembly on December 13, 1976, in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 p.~ <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Early, the following resolution was adopted, <br />and by the following vote: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC CONFERENCE TO BE }{ELD WITH THE MEMBERS <br />OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA ELECTED FROM PORTSMOUTH TO BE HELD <br />AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER, MUNICIPAL BUILDING OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH <br />ON DECEMBER 13, 1976 COMMENCING AT 7:30 P.
