<br />At a Public Hearing meeting of City Council held on Fe~bruary 7, 1977, there were present:

<br /> 77-37 Public Hearing on rezoning applications, a Use Permit application and other
<br />matters pertaining to zoing existing plots and powers of the Board of Zoning Appeals:

<br />
