On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Early; the following ordinance was approved on first reading, and by unanimous vote: "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 77-15" (h) UsmlP~r~itiUP~7~S - Petition of Mrs. Doris Hurst. Miss Audrey Vincent, 121 Riverview Avenue spoke Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, Planning Commission, the petition was denied, and by Ayes: Barnes, Early, Elliott, Holley, Nays: None against the petition. to concur in the recommendation the following vote: Oast, Wentz, Davis of the (i) Use Permit UP 77-4 - Petition of Leroy A. & Bertha M. Joyner, Owners. On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Elliott, that UP 77-4 be approved on first reading, and by unanimous vote.
