<br />James W. Holley, Robert W. Wentz, Jr., R. T. Williams, City Manager, Gordon B.

<br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br />Approximately 75 citizens were present in opposition of the petition.

<br />Planning commission, the petition was denied, and by the following vote:
