Oast, Jr. <br /> <br />Mayor Davis welcomed all visitors in attendance. <br /> <br /> 77-106 - Public Hearing on rezoning applications, Use Permit applications and an amend- <br />ment to the Comprehensive Plan: <br /> <br /> (a) Zoning Petition Z 77-9 - Petition of J. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. <br />on first reading, and bM unanimous vote: <br /> <br />Brewer Moore, Director of City.
