<br />former member of the Parks and Recreation Commission; George W. Eberwine, Jr., former member
<br />of the Tidewater Community College Board; Harvey N. Johnson, Jr., former member of~ the Mayor's
<br />Manpower Development & Employment Commission. Mayor Davis commended each recipient for their
<br />services rendered.

<br /> 77-246 Mayor Davis presented an Alt-America memento to Bruce Alan Cannon, Eagle Scout
<br />of Troop 256, Boy Scouts of America.

<br />"AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $32,528 FROM THE GRANTS FUND FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
<br />OF A YOUTH CONSERVATION CORPS DAY CAMP AT EACH OF THE CITY'S FOUR PARKS."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Wentz and seconded by Mr. Early, the ordinance was adopted, and by
