Barnes, Edward L. Oast, Jr., Robert W. Wentz, Jr., <br />R. T. Williams, City Manager, Gordon B. ~aylQe, Jr., City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: E. Saunders Early, Jr., Archie Elliott, <br /> <br />The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />Jr., James W. Holley <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 1977, to consider a motion to hold an executive session <br />for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />{1) Coast Guard Base <br />(2) Waterfront Development <br />(3) Des Moines Avenue Fire Station <br />(4) Lease of Property - Simonsdale PresbYterian <br /> Church <br />(5) Water Street Improvements <br />(6) South Street <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Utility Rates <br />(2) Suffolk Water Contract <br />(3) Enforcement of Erosion Sediment <br /> Ordinance <br />[4) SPSA Contract <br /> <br />Control <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(D) <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br />BoARDs AND COIvEvlISSIONS <br /> <br />(1) Board of Examination of Plumbers <br />(2) Industrial Development Authority <br />(3) Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court <br />(4) Library Board <br />(5) MH/MR Services Board <br />(6) Retirement Board <br /> <br />- Advisory Council <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 77-449 - Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Oast, that the ¢esolution be amended <br />to include under (A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY (8) gale of City Property, (B) LEGAL MATTERS <br />(3) EDA and (4) Perspective Legal Action, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes; Barnes, Oast, Wentz, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned~~ <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br />City Clerk~ ~ <br /> <br />Councilmen Early, Elliott and Holley attended:the conference. <br /> <br /> <br />
