On April 2Sth, 1978, a public conference on the budget was held in which <br />the City Manager briefed the Council as to his recommendations for the proposed operating budget <br />for Fiscal Year 1978-79. The proposed ordinance reflects the diszussions that took place in <br />reference to such budget. Included ~s a letter from the Municipal Finance Commission outlining <br />their recommendation that the proposed ordinance be adopted. The City Manager recommends <br />adoption on first reading. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
