<br /> (a) The applicant obtaining a license for a home for adults from the Virginia
<br />Department of Welfare, Division of Licensing.

<br /> (b) A certificate of occupancy from the Building Official of the City of Portsmouth
<br />indicating compliance with all Codes pertinent thereto.

<br /> (c) It being understood that the number of occupancy specified by the Zoning
<br />Ordinance shall not be less than 7 nor more than 24.

<br /> (d) That the improvements designed by the architectural firm of Yates And Berkeley
<br />and made a part of the application for this use permit be complied with before any occupancy
<br />permit is granted;"
