(i) The food service vehicle must be owned by the food service provider <br />contracting to use the commissary kitchen, be registered and licensed by <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia, and be in operating condition. <br />(ii) No more than one (1) food service vehicle per 500 square feet of the <br />interior area of the commissary kitchen shall be parked in the commissary <br />kitchen parking area at any given time. <br />Restaurants. <br />(i) Restaurants operating and serving alcohol after 12:00 a.m. shall: <br />aa. At the time of zoning permit application, submit a security plan <br />complying with section 40.2-217(G)(5)(b)(xiii) to the zoning <br />administrator for review and approval; <br />bb. Install and maintain digital video equipment complying with section <br />40.2-217(G)(5)(b)(vi); <br />cc. Restrict outdoor amplified sound after 10:00 p.m.; and <br />dd. Ensure adequate exterior lighting for entrances, exits, and parking <br />areas. <br />(ii) A restaurant that seeks to host entertainment of a nature requiring an <br />entertainment establishment use permit under this section shall be required <br />to obtain said permit. A restaurant that seeks to host entertainment of a <br />nature that does not require an entertainment establishment use permit <br />under this section shall comply with all standards applicable to the <br />entertainment establishment use under section 40.2-217(G)(5)(b). <br />(iii) Restaurants that exceed two verified police responses related to disorderly <br />conduct, fights, or alcohol-related offenses at or in direct connection to the <br />establishment within a twelve-month period may be subject to zoning <br />permit revocation pursuant to section 40.2-555. <br />(iv) The provisions of this subsection do not apply to restaurants operating <br />within a casino gaming establishment. <br />
