(16)Harbor Court Parking Garage. The parking garage,located on the north side <br /> of Harbor Court, shall be known and designated as the "Harbor Court Parking <br /> Garage." <br /> (17)Middle Street Parking Garage. The parking garage located on the south side <br /> of the 200 block of London Street east of Middle Street shall be known as the <br /> "Middle Street Parking Garage." <br /> (18)Judicial Center Parking Lot. The parking lot on land bounded by Court <br /> Street, Lincoln Street, Wavy Street, and Wavy Street extended shall be <br /> known as the"Judicial Center Parking Lot". <br /> (19) Any other off-street parking lot or garage owned and/or operated by the city <br /> or the parking authority from time to time. <br /> Sec. 22-632. Duties generally of city manager. <br /> The city manager or his designee, and/or the parking authority, shall provide for the <br /> regulation, control, operation and use of the off-street parking lots or garages referred to in <br /> section 22-631. <br /> Sec. 22-633. Parking to be in spaces. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in an off-street parking lot or <br /> garage referred to in section 22-631 except within a designated parking space, or to park <br /> any vehicle across any line or marking, or to park a vehicle in such position that the same <br /> shall not be entirely within the area so designated by the lines or markings. <br /> Sec. 22-634. Parking fees. <br /> (a) The fee for parking in any off-street parking lot or garage of the city or parking <br /> authority shall be as established in appendix A of this Code. <br /> (b) In off-street parking lots or garages that require advance payment for use of a parking <br /> space, the driver or other occupant of the vehicle shall, upon entering such parking <br /> space, immediately make payment for the use of the space, and such parking space <br /> may then be lawfully occupied by such vehicle during such period for which the driver <br /> or other occupant has made payment. <br /> (c) In shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit a vehicle to remain parked in a <br /> off-street parking lot or garage that requires advance payment for use of a parking <br /> space without having made the required payment for the use of the space. <br /> (d) The parking authority may enter leases for the bulk use of parking spaces in certain <br /> off-street parking lots or garages. For spaces leased by the parking authority,the terms <br /> of this section 22-634 shall not apply and the terms of the lease and the regulations of <br /> the parking authority shall apply. <br /> Sec. 22-635. Defacing, injuring, tampering with, etc., meters. <br /> It shall be unlawful and a class 1 misdemeanor for any person to deface,injure,tamper <br /> with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter, pay <br /> station, other payment facility, or signage installed under the provisions of this division. <br /> A-5 <br />
