(c) Landscaping shall be installed, at a minimum, in substantial compliance <br />with the landscape plan titled "SAFSTOR-AIRLINE OVERALL <br />LANDSCAPE PLAN" prepared by ARCO Design/Build and Scout & CO. <br />Engineering, P.C. revised December 8, 2025, subject to minor <br />modifications required to comply with all applicable local, state, and <br />federal codes and regulations. This condition is not intended to preclude <br />additional landscaping beyond that shown in the aforesaid landscaping <br />plan, so long as the additional landscaping does not violate any applicable <br />codes or regulations. <br />(d) The owner or operator of the development shall install and maintain a <br />minimum twenty (20) foot vegetative buffer adjacent to all adjoining <br />residential property in accordance with a Type D Option 1 landscape <br />buffer as outlined in Zoning Ordinance Section 40.2-304(E) and retain as <br />much of the existing mature vegetation as possible. <br />(e) The development shall comply and maintain compliance with the use - <br />specific standards for self-service storage facilities in Zoning Ordinance <br />Section 40.2-217(H)(1)(b). <br />(f) Prior to initially operating the development, the owner and/or operator <br />shall install and maintain digital video equipment with recording <br />capabilities sufficient to indicate the date and time that the recording is <br />made. The recording shall provide surveillance coverage encompassing <br />the front, side, and rear exteriors of the development for 24 hours a day, 7 <br />days a week. Recorded data must be maintained in a condition permitting <br />review of the information for a period of no less than thirty 30 days. <br />(g) The development shall be constructed in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state, and local government, <br />and all required licenses and permits shall be obtained prior to <br />construction and remain in effect during the operation of the development. <br />(h) All taxes/fees associated with the property shall be paid when due, as <br />determined by the City Treasurer. <br />(i) Without limitation, this Use Permit is subject to Section 40.2-533(K) of <br />the Zoning Ordinance, which provides that this Use Permit may <br />automatically expire and become void if certain conditions set forth <br />therein are not satisfied within two (2) years of the date of approval by <br />City Council. <br />(j) In accordance with Zoning Ordinance Section 40.2-533(L), this Use <br />Permit may be revoked by City Council after conducting a public hearing. <br />This Use Permit may be revoked if Council finds: <br />
