facility at 2830 Airline Boulevard (Tax Parcel 0576-0020), the said property being more particularly described as: UP -25-14 2830 Airline Boulevard (Tax Parcel 0576-0020) ALL THAT certain parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon, now numbered 2830 Airline Boulevard, in the City of Portsmouth, in that part formerly known as Western Branch Magisterial District, Norfolk County, Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the North side of U.S. Route #58, which point is 833.22 feet west from the land now or formerly of F.P. Norton; thence running in a Northerly direction 5 degrees 47' East, 191.67 feet; thence in a Southerly direction along the land now or formerly of C.R. Crawford South 5 degrees 51' West 465.50 feet to the Northern side of U.S. Route #58; thence Westerly along the north side of U.S. Route #58, 208.72 feet to the point of beginning; containing 2.323 acres as shown on the plat made by Bail and Deal, Surveyors dated February, 1955. IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to Victory West, LLC by Deed from Zway II, L.L.C. dated May 3, 2017 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia as Instrument Number 170004606. 6. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) The development shall be in substantial compliance with the concept plan entitled "SAFSTOR-AIRLINE OVERALL SITE PLAN C2.00" prepared by ARCO Design/Build and Scout & CO. Engineering, P.C. revised December 8, 2025, except where modifications may be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. (b) The development shall be in substantial compliance, including with respect to building design and construction materials, with the concept exterior elevations titled "SAFSTOR AIRLINE SCHEMATIC ELEVATIONS 2-01" prepared by ARCO Design/Build and 142 (one four two) Architecture dated December 8, 2025, except where modifications may be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
