ORDINANCE NO. 2025-32 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $584,851,511 FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY <br />GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Budget for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia is <br />hereby approved. <br />2.
