ORDINANCE NO. 2025-27 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE MONTHLY STORMWATER <br />UTILITY FEES AS OF JULY 1, 2025 AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 11.1-43 OF <br />SAID CODE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the monthly stormwater utility fees authorized under Section 11.1-43 <br />of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) and set out in Appendix A thereof <br />are amended and reordained as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2025. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 13, 2025. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
