ORDINANCE NO. 2024-42 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF TCC DRIVE TO "L. LOUISE LUCAS <br />DRIVE". <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the name of TCC Drive as shown on Exhibit A hereto is hereby changed to <br />"L. Louise Lucas Drive". <br />2. That the applicant shall pay the direct costs for fabrication and installation of new <br />street signs required by the name change in accordance with Section 33.1-55 and Appendix A of <br />the City Code. <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on May <br />28, 2024. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
