ORDINANCE NO. 2024-41 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $561,203,959 FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY <br />GOVERNMENT DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2024. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the Fiscal Year 2025 Operating Budget for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia is <br />hereby approved. <br />2.
