(d) Any vessel operated, anchored, or moored in violation of subsection (b) or (c) above <br />may be removed from such city facility at the direction of the city manager or his/her <br />designee. The owner of any vessel so removed shall pay all removal and storage costs <br />for the vessel prior to its return. If it is determined that the vessel is abandoned, the <br />city manager or designee may seek authorization from the Department of Wildlife <br />Resources to destroy and dispose of the vessel in accordance with Code of Virginia § <br />29.1-733.25, as amended, restated, or moved. <br />(e) Municipal pools shall be regulated under the provisions of Chapter 25 of this Code. <br />
