ORDINANCE NO. 2024-79 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS <br />PROGRAM INCOME IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,900 AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2025 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND BUDGET FOR AUTHORIZED USES <br />UNDER THE HOME PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts Home Investment Partnerships Program Income in <br />the amount of $2,900 and appropriates said amount in the FY 2025 Community Planning <br />and Development Fund Budget. <br />2. That the funds shall be used for authorized uses under the Home <br />Investment Partnerships Program. <br />3. That a 25% local match is required as a condition of the Program, which <br />match has previously been appropriated in the FY 2025 Community Planning and <br />Development Fund Budget. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2025 Community <br />Planning and Development Fund Budget are increased by $2,900. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 10, 2024. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
