Subsection 40.2- 207(D)(1) of the City Code is amended as follows. <br />Sec. 40.2 -207. Downtown D 1 District and Sub - Districts. <br />(D) Conversions of Existing Structures. <br />(1) If converting an existing structure in the DI district, the lot is exempt from <br />the required density in Table 40.2 -207. <br />3. Subsection 40.2- 305(D)(3) of the City Code is amended by adding a new <br />subsection (e) as follows. <br />Sec. 40.2 -305. Fences and Walls. <br />(D) Standards. <br />(3) Maximum Height Requirements for Fences and Walls. In all cases, fence <br />and wall heights are measured from finished grade on the highest point of <br />the fence or wall. If a fence is constructed on top of a retaining or other <br />wall, the combined height of the fence and wall shall not exceed the <br />maximum height that would apply to a fence or wall alone. <br />(e) Downtown Districts (see Table 40.2 -201 Zoning Districts <br />Established). Fences and walls in the Downtown DI sub- districts <br />shall comply with the dimensional fence requirements for commercial <br />districts in Table 40.2 -305. <br />2 <br />
