20, J.-3 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTIONS 19-150,20-7,38-48, <br />38 -86 AND APPENDIX A, AND TO ESTABLISH A NEW ARTICLE XVI OF <br />CHAPTER 22, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA <br />(2006) FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING, RESCINDING OR <br />MODIFYING RATES AND FEES FOR MUSEUM ADMISSIONS, ALCOHOLIC <br />BEVERAGE LICENSES FOR CASINO RESTAURANTS, INITIATION AND <br />TRANSFER OF WATER SERVICE, AND VIOLATIONS OF POSTED SPEED <br />LIMITS IN SCHOOL ZONES OR HIGHWAY WORK ZONES, AS EVIDENCED <br />BY PHOTO SPEED MONITORING DEVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Article IV (Museums) of Chapter 19 (Libraries and Museums) of the <br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is amended by modifying Subsection 19- <br />150 as shown below for the purpose of revising museum entry fees. Except as shown <br />below, Chapter 19 is not otherwise amended. <br />Sec. 19 -150. Museum admission fees. <br />The daily fees as set out in appendix A to this Code shall be charged for <br />admission to city museums for the following: <br />(1) Children's Museum of Virginia: <br />a. Regular admission. <br />Children less than two years of age <br />Children 2 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />Military with ID and seniors (62 years of age and older), AAA <br />members <br />b. Reserved. <br />c. Reserved. <br />d. Group: Per person, self - guided tour. <br />e. Additional fees: <br />With either Focus Program or Planetarium Program. <br />With both Focus Program and Planetarium Program. <br />(2) Other museums per person: <br />a. Portsmouth Art and Cultural Center. <br />Children less than five years of ace <br />Children 5 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />b. Naval Shipyard Museum/Lightship Museum. <br />Children less than five Woo years of age <br />Children 5 2 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />c.
