49. Subsection 40.2- 304(F)(5)(b) of the City Code is amended as follows. <br />Sec. 40.2 -304. Landscaping and Screening. <br />(F) Screening. <br />(5) Large Waste Receptacles and Refuse Collection Areas. The screening of <br />large waste receptacle and refuse collection areas shall be subject to the <br />following standards. <br />(a) The location and configuration of screening for large waste receptacles <br />and refuse collection areas shall be depicted on all development plans. <br />(b) In cases where access to large waste receptacles and refuse collection <br />areas are visible from off -site views: <br />(i) The access way shall be screened with an opaque gate. <br />(ii) Chain link fencing shall not be used for such gates. <br />50.
