driveway shall exceed 50 feet in width at the curbline or more than 35 feet at <br />the lot line. <br />(3) One -way driveways shall have a minimum width of 15 feet. <br />(4) Two -way driveways shall be at least 24 feet wide. <br />(5) For single- family, two - family, and townhouse dwellings, the driveway shall <br />be a minimum of 9 feet wide by 18 feet deep. <br />(6) Driveway aprons shall be constructed to current City standards and shall be <br />provided between the curbline and the front lot line. <br />(7) No driveway shall be located within 15 feet of a corner side lot line or closer <br />than five feet from the end of a curb radius. <br />(8) Lots with two or more driveways along the same street frontage shall <br />provide at least 75 feet between driveways. <br />(9) In no instance shall the number of driveways serving a single lot along a <br />single street frontage exceed a maximum of four. <br />(10) Medians may be provided within driveway entrances provided: <br />(a) The median is surrounded curbing meeting City standards, <br />(b) No signage is included within sight triangles; <br />(c) Planted material within the median is limited to understory trees, <br />shrubs. and ground cover to not block sight triangles and sight distance; <br />and <br />(d) The minimum aisle width is maintained for each travel and turning <br />lane. <br />26. Subsection 40.2- 304(E)(1) of the City Code is amended as follows. <br />40.2 -304. Landscaping and Screening. <br />E. Landscape Buffers. <br />(1) Applicability. <br />(a) Except as exempted in subsection (2) below, all development shall <br />provide a landscape buffer to separate it from uses in a different use <br />classification. <br />(b) A landscape buffer shall not be required along property containing an <br />existing nonconforming use that is adjacent to the proposed <br />development. <br />27.
