Woodington, or their successor <br />trustees, Trustees of the Roger E. Woodington Trust dated January <br />26, 2007, as amended, and Glenda B. Woodington and Roger E. <br />Woodington or their successor trustees, Trustees of the Glenda B. <br />Woodington Trust dated January 26, 2007, as amended, as tenants <br />in common, by Deed from Land and Marine Remediation, Inc. <br />dated January 4, 2010 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit <br />Court Clerk's Office as Instrument Number 1000005 18. <br />6. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br />(a) The approved use shall be operated in compliance with the Shipping <br />Container /Chassis Storage Yard Use - Specific Standards set forth in <br />Section 40.2- 217(H)(3)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance except to the extent <br />expressly contradicted by another condition in this Section 6. <br />(b) No more than three (3) shipping containers shall be stacked on top of one <br />another. <br />
