subsection shall be as set forth in appendix A to this Code for the following <br />categories: <br />(1) Adult Membership Card (annual) <br />(2) Adult Replacement Card <br />(3) Youth Membership Card (annual) <br />(4) Youth Replacement Card <br />(5) Senior Membership Card (annual) <br />(6) Senior Replacement Card <br />(7) Visitor Pass (one week) <br />(8) Adult Day Pass <br />(9) Youth Day Pass <br />4. That Appendix A to the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is <br />amended as shown on Exhibit A for the purpose of eliminating certain fees for use of <br />athletic, recreational and special activity facilities by youth and seniors. <br />5. That Article II of Chapter 20 (Licenses) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is amended by modifying Section 20 -20 as shown below for <br />the purpose of conforming to State Code limitations on the taxation of itinerant vendors. <br />Except as expressly shown in this Ordinance, Chapter 20 is not otherwise amended. <br />Sec. 20 -20. — Itinerant vendors. <br />Every person who shall engage in, do or transact any temporary transient <br />business in the city for the sale of goods, wares or merchandise and who, for the <br />purpose of carrying on such business, shall hire, lease, use or occupy any building <br />or structure, motor vehicle, tent, car, boat or public room, or any part thereof, <br />including rooms in hotels, lodginghouses or houses of private entertainment, or <br />any street, alley or other public place for a period of less than one year for the <br />exhibition or sale of such goods, wares or merchandise shall be deemed to be an <br />itinerant vendor and shall pay a license tax of $500.00 per year fraction <br />thereof. <br />6. That Article II of Chapter 20 (Licenses) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) is amended by modifying Section 20 -7 as shown below for <br />the purpose of incorporating amendments to Section 4.1 -233.1 of the Virginia Code and <br />setting license taxes and fees for alcoholic beverages to the amounts permitted by the <br />Virginia Code. Except as expressly shown in this Ordinance, Chapter 20 is not otherwise <br />amended. <br />
