Y�2 0 22-112 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $35,837 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT PROGRAM INCOME AND $20,730 OF HOME INVESTMENT <br />PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNTS IN <br />THE FY 2023 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts Community Development Block Grant program income in the <br />amount of $35,837 and appropriates said amount in the FY 2023 Community Planning and <br />Development Program Fund. <br />2. That it accepts HOME Investment Partnerships program income in the amount of <br />$20,730 and appropriates said amount in the FY 2023 Community Planning and Development <br />Program Fund. <br />3. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2023 Community Planning <br />and Development Program Fund Budget are increased by $56,567. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />December 13, 2022. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
