ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, lying, being <br />and situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and known, <br />numbered and designated as Lots Nos. 9, 10 and 11 on the plat of <br />Barrett and Syer, duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit <br />Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 3, page <br />42, to which said plat reference is hereby made for a more <br />complete description of said property, the same fronting ninety <br />(90') feet, more or less, on the south side of Turnpike Road. <br />IT BEING a portion of the property conveyed by Quitclaim Deed <br />from the Commonwealth of Virginia to the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia dated August 22, 2018 and recorded in the Clerk's Office <br />of the Circuit Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia as <br />Instrument Number 190001533. <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on December 13, 2022. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
