2. That except as expressly set forth herein, Article I of Chapter 35 is not <br />otherwise amended. <br />3. That the purpose of this amendment is to comply with Section 58.1 -3668 <br />of the Code of Virginia, which was adopted by the Virginia General Assembly in 2021. <br />4.
