6. COOPERATION <br />Both Chesapeake and Portsmouth shall cooperate fully to resolve failures of and/or impairments <br />to Chesapeake's Fiber or Portsmouth's Fiber, as applicable, in an expedient and efficient manner. <br />Such cooperation shall include, but not be limited to, notification of the other Party after becoming <br />aware of the need for either scheduled or unscheduled maintenance activities that may affect the <br />other Party's ability to provide service over the respective Delivered Facilities and sharing of <br />information relevant to the operation, maintenance and repair of their Fiber. The repairing Party <br />shall notify the other Party ten (10) days prior to any scheduled Maintenance activity that may <br />affect the other Party's ability to provide service over the Fiber. Each Party shall notify the other <br />Party as soon as reasonably possible of any request for scheduled maintenance it may have. In the <br />event that a scheduled maintenance activity is canceled or delayed, the scheduling Party shall <br />inform the other Party so that the maintenance activity may be rescheduled. Each Party shall notify <br />the other Party as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the need to perform <br />unscheduled maintenance that may affect the other Party's ability to provide service over the <br />Delivered Facilities. <br />7. OTHER <br />Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this document, each Party shall not be responsible for <br />maintenance and/or repair of any users' electronic, optronic, and other equipment utilized in <br />conjunction with operation of its individual system. <br />
