iv. The height of materials and equipment stored shall not exceed the <br />height of the screening. <br />(b) No heavy manufacturing, as defined and categorized in the Portsmouth <br />Zoning Ordinance, shall take place on the premises at any time. <br />(c) The parking area must comply with all City standards including surfacing, <br />striping, drainage, and landscaping. <br />(d) A sign permit must be obtained prior to the establishment of any new <br />signage on the property. <br />(e) All required inspections must be performed by, and any required <br />Certificate of Occupancy obtained from, the City Department of Permits <br />and Inspections prior to commencement of the operation of the approved <br />use. <br />(f) The development must include a dumpster that complies with all relevant <br />state and local codes, including without limitation Portsmouth City Code <br />Section 40.2- 304(F)(5), and including without limitation surfacing, <br />setback, and screening requirements. <br />(g) All required federal, state and/or local permits must be obtained prior to <br />commencement of the approved use and maintained at all times during <br />continuation of the use, and the use must be conducted in compliance with <br />all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br />government. <br />(h) All taxes /fees associated with the property and /or the proposed use must <br />be paid when due, as determined by the City Treasurer. <br />7. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the conditions set <br />forth herein may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by City Council. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at an electronic <br />meeting held on May 25, 2021. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
