ORD1NAtCF ,2020 -05 <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -19 -06 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as NMU -K, Neighborhood Mixed <br />Use (Conditional) the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- <br />19-06, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as UR -H, <br />Urban Residential - High, and that said property is hereby zoned as UR -H, Urban <br />Residential - High. <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from NMU -K, <br />Neighborhood Mixed Use (Conditional) to UR -H, Urban Residential - High is <br />furthermore described as follows: <br />Z -19 -06 <br />409 McLean Street (Tax Parcel 0517 -0020) <br />ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land shown on that <br />certain plat titled "Boundary Survey of Property of City of <br />Portsmouth/Containing 30.9297 Acres /As Described in D.B. 1038 <br />PG. 46, D.B. 1016 PG. 24 & D.B. 500 PG. 123/Portsmouth, <br />Virginia ", dated February 9, 2007, prepared by Woolpert, Inc., and <br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 21 at Page 102. <br />IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia by <br />Deed from the City of Portsmouth, Virginia dated March 16, 2007 <br />and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Portsmouth Circuit Court <br />as Instrument Number 070006292. <br />3. That all zoning conditions affecting the property that were proferred as <br />part of prior approved rezonings are of no further force or effect. <br />4.
