(formerly Norfolk County), Virginia, the aforesaid property passed <br />to Edith Elizabeth Copeland by survivorship. The said Edith <br />Elizabeth Copeland died testate September 24, 2007, and pursuant <br />to her will recorded in Will File No. 070000555 in the Clerk's <br />Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly <br />Norfolk County), Virginia, she devised the aforesaid property to <br />her son, William A. Copeland, Jr., and her daughter, Florence C. <br />Wynne. <br />TOGETHER WITH an alley twenty feet (20') in width adjacent to <br />the eastern boundary of Lot number Eighteen (18) described above <br />and extending to the west right -of -way line of the formerly <br />Atlantic Coastline Railroad right -of -way, as shown on the <br />Subdivision Plat. <br />5. That all existing proffers affecting the properties rezoned by this <br />Ordinance are null, void and of no force or effect with respect to the rezoned properties. <br />6.
