Ia20 -81 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL RENT AND MORTGAGE <br />RELIEF PROGRAM FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $450,000 FROM THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS TO THE FY 2021 <br />GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO <br />PROVIDE RENT AND MORTGAGE RELIEF PAYMENTS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it accepts additional Rent and Mortgage Relief Program funds in the <br />amount of $450,000 from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community <br />Development and appropriates said Hinds to the FY 20-21 Grants Fund. <br />1 h0 01C !"I!1 11 ;l1< "1'' t�,� t��:'�_i h` 1��;= F)Lf1ui-' <br />3. That no local match is required as a condition of the funding. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2021 Grants Fund are <br />increased by $450,000. <br />5.
