V3, <br /># I + '� :1 y • •• <br />AN ORDINANCE: (1) ESTABLISHING A NEW PROJECT IN THE FY 2020 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ENTITLED "SAFE HAVEN BUILDING <br />RENOVATION "; (2) APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,000,000 FROM THE <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND BALANCE TO THE FY 2020 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND BUDGET; AND (3) <br />TRANSFERRING THE SAID $2,000,000 TO THE SAFE HAVEN BUILDING <br />RENOVATION PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it establishes a new project in the FY 2020 Capital Improvement <br />Fund entitled "Safe Haven Building Renovation ". <br />2. That it appropriates the sum of $2,000,000 from the Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Balance to the FY 2020 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund budget. <br />3. That it transfers the said $2,000,000 from the FY 2020 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund budget to the Safe Haven Building Renovation Project in the <br />FY 2020 Capital Improvement Fund budget. <br />4. That the Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund Balance is reduced by <br />$2,000,000. <br />5. That revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund budget are increased as shown in the below chart: <br />Behavioral <br />Healthcare <br />Services Fund <br />Budget <br />Revenue Expenditure <br />Budgetary Fund <br />Balance $ 2,000,000 <br />Transfer to Capital <br />Improvement Fund $ 2,000,000 <br />6.
