jg0jK NCE 20 -92 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $24,148 OF TELEPHONE COMMISSION <br />REVENUE IN THE FY 2020 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR USE BY <br />THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $24,148 in the FY 2020 General Fund <br />Operating Budget. <br />2. That the appropriation shall be used to fund expenses of the Sheriff's Office. <br />3. That the source of the appropriation shall be Telephone Commission Revenue <br />collected by the Sheriff's Office. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 General Fund <br />Operating Budget are increased by $24,148. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />November 12, 2019. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
