'.ORDINANCE NO.—'0'9- 90 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO RE- APPROPRIATE UNEXPENDED FUNDS FROM THE <br />FY 2019 PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS GRANTS FUND BUDGET IN THE <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF $9,567,320 TO THE FY 2020 PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC <br />SCHOOLS GRANTS FUND BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />I . That it appropriates the sum of $9,567,320 into the FY 2020 Grants Fund <br />Budget for the Portsmouth Public Schools. <br />2. That the source of the appropriation is grant funds which were <br />appropriated into the FY 2019 Portsmouth Public Schools Grants Fund budget and <br />neither encumbered nor expended. <br />3. That the estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2020 Portsmouth <br />Public Schools Grants Fund budget are increased by $9,567,320. <br />4. That the revised funding appropriation for the FY 2020 Portsmouth Public <br />Schools Grants Fund budget is as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 12, 2019. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
