AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PART C PROGRAM FUNDING IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $66,159 FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2019 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BHS <br />FOR THE INFANT AND TODDLER CONNECTION PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts Part C Program funding in the amount of $66,159 <br />from the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and <br />appropriates said funds in the FY 2019 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services for the Infant and Toddler Connection Program. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2019 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Budget are increased by $66,159. <br />4. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a Part C Modification <br />Agreement or such other additional agreements or certifications as may be necessary or <br />desirable to obtain the appropriated funding. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 25, 2019. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
