i. Permittee will implement a marketing and targeted community outreach plan at its own <br />cost to provide these services and promote the safe use of Shared Mobility Devices, <br />particularly among low- income communities. <br />ii. Permittee will provide a non - credit and non - smartphone mechanism to access its services. <br />ill. Permittee will offer a low- income reduced cost plan that must be approved by the City <br />prior to Permit issuance. <br />iv. Permittee's mobile apps and other customer interface technology must be fully accessible <br />to persons with disabilities and accessible to screen readers, and must comply with Section <br />508 of the United States Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973. <br />V. The City reserves the right to propose or designate service areas that will ensure access to <br />a variety of neighborhoods. <br />e. Customer Service <br />i. Permittee shall provide easily visible contact information, including a toll -free phone <br />number and e -mail address on each Shared Mobility Device for City employees and /or <br />members of the public to make relocation requests or to report other issues with devices. <br />ii. Permittee shall maintain a local representative and provide a direct point of contact to the <br />City and its residents. <br />Ili. Permittee shall maintain a 24-hour customer service number for customers to report safety <br />concerns or complaints, or to ask questions. This phone number and its website shall be <br />provided on every Shared Mobility Device that is in service in the City. <br />iv. Permittee will maintain a multilingual website, call center, and mobile app customer <br />interface that is available twenty -four hours a day, seven days a week. The City shall <br />determine the languages to be provided on each mode of communication. <br />V. Upon notification from the City that a Shared Mobility Device belonging to Permittee is <br />improperly parked, left standing, or unattended, the Permittee shall remove, relocate or re- <br />park the device within two hours. If the Permittee does not timely remove, relocate or re- <br />park the device, it may be removed by the City and taken to a facility for storage at the <br />expense of the Permittee. The Permittee shall be required to pay a charge of $25 for each <br />device that is removed by the City, in addition to any storage expenses, prior to retrieving <br />a removed device. Devices that have been removed pursuant to this subsection and not <br />retrieved by the Permittee within 10 business days may, at the City's discretion, be <br />disposed of by the City in any manner authorized by applicable law and at the Permittee's <br />cost. <br />vi. Users of Shared Mobility Devices must be provided with a mechanism to notify the <br />Permittee that there is a safety or maintenance issue with the device. <br />X <br />
