iv. Shared Mobility Devices shall not be parked in such a manner as to impede or interfere <br />with any fire hydrant, call box or other emergency facility; bus bench; or utility pole or <br />box; or the reasonable use of any commercial window display or access to or from any <br />building. <br />V. Shared Mobility Devices shall not be parked in such a manner as to impede or interfere <br />with the reasonable use of any bicycle rack or news rack <br />vi. The City reserves the right to determine certain block faces where Shared Mobility Device <br />parking is prohibited. <br />vii. Shared Mobility Devices may be left in on- street parking spaces only if the City has <br />officially designated those spaces as shared mobility parking stations by applying visible <br />markings to identify such parking stations. Permittees shall not apply any markings to <br />public right -of -way. <br />VIII. Shared Mobility Devices shall not be parked in the landscape /furniture zone directly <br />adjacent to or within: <br />i. Transit zones, including bus stops, shelters, passenger waiting areas and bus <br />layover and staging zones, except at existing bicycle racks; <br />ii. Loading zones; <br />iii. Disabled parking zone; <br />iv. Street furniture that requires pedestrian access (e.g.. benches, parking pay stations, <br />bus shelters, transit information signs, etc.); <br />v. Curb ramps; <br />vi. Entryways; and <br />VII. Driveways. <br />ix. To the extent that a Permittee desires to park Shared Mobility Devices in areas other than <br />the public right -of -way, (e.g. parks, plazas, parking lots, private property or transit <br />stations), the Permittee must first written obtain approval from the City and shall <br />communicate this right to users through signage or a mobile or web application. To park <br />Shared Mobility Devices on private property, the Permittee must also obtain consent from <br />the owner of the property or his agent. The City is not responsible for any fees or conditions <br />imposed by private property owners on Permittee's use of such spaces. <br />X. The Permittee shall cease and prohibit the parking of Shared Mobility Devices in front of <br />any address provided by the City within 48 hours of notice. <br />XI. The Permittee shall apply geo- fencing specifications provided by the City to limit the <br />riding /parking /locking of Shard Mobility Devices to authorized areas. <br />xii. During deployment and rebalancing, employees and contractors of the Permittee shall obey <br />all Pilot Program regulations and shall not block traffic lanes, parking lanes or bus lanes. <br />4 <br />
