fUIN 2018x, 2 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2018 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />BUDGET BY AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $150,000 FROM THE <br />BRIGHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO <br />THE WESTHAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT <br />PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it authorizes the transfer of $150,000 within the FY 2018 Capital <br />Improvement Fund Budget from the Brighton Elementary School Roof Replacement <br />Project to the Westhaven Elementary School Roof Replacement Project. <br />2. That budgeted funding for the Brighton Elementary School Roof <br />Replacement Project in the FY 2018 Capital Improvement Fund Budget is decreased by <br />$150,000. <br />3. That budgeted funding for the Westhaven Elementary School Roof <br />Replacement Project in the FY 2018 Capital Improvement Fund Budget is increased by <br />$150,000. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on April 10, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
